Terms and Conditions 

Payment terms:
 

Creative Learning Consulting, LLC requires the full amount to be settled prior to the event taking place. Creative Learning Consulting, LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to any customer who has not paid their invoice. Registration deadlines are set for each seminar. Late registrations will be subject to a $20 processing fee.

Methods of payment:

Check payments acceptable, drawn from a US bank, payable to Creative Learning Consulting, LLC. Please complete the Registration Form. When making payments please list the names of all attendees, conference date and/or product.

Interest:

Creative Learning Consulting, LLC reserves the right to charge interest on any unpaid invoices.

Alteration to invoices:

Any alterations to an invoice, excluding substitutions/names changes, requested by customer may incur an administration fee and will be charged to the customer prior to the amendment being made.

Cancellations/substitutions and name changes:

All cancellations will be subject to a $50 per registrant cancellation fee. In order to receive a refund, you must submit a written notice of cancellation (by letter or fax) no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the conference. We regret that refunds will not be issued after this date. A conference voucher will be issued for use at any future Creative Learning Consulting, LLC conferences within 12 months of cancellation. If you plan on sending a substitution in your place, the substitution must be from the same organization. Please notify Creative Learning Consulting, LLC of any substitutions as soon as possible so the proper preparations can be arranged. In the event of a conference cancellation, Creative Learning Consulting, LLC is not liable for transportation, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Registration deadlines are set for each seminar. Late registrations will be subject to a $20 processing fee.

 

Indemnity:

Creative Learning Consulting, LLC reserves the right to change the conference/workshop content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, less than expected delegates, acts of God or any event beyond the control of Creative Learning Consulting, LLC. If such a situation arises we will endeavor to reschedule the event. Creative Learning Consulting, LLC cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expenses which may be incurred by the customer as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. Creative Learning Consulting, LLC is not responsible for any personal injury (i.e., physical, psychological, or emotional stress) or property damages while attending a Creative Learning Consulting, LLC conference or event. Conference attendee assumes all risks inherent in attending a Creative Learning Consulting, LLC conference for which the registration cover, whether before, during or after the conference.

Data Protection:

Creative Learning Consulting, LLC gathers data in accordance with the US law. Information may be used to update you on Creative Learning Consulting products and services via post, telephone, facsimile or email, unless otherwise stated.
