Executive Coaching (seven steps)
Seven Steps of Executive Coaching

Within the framework of this model there are seven steps that are used to help the individual develop:

1. Determining the current status of the individual. Assess the situation.
> 2. Brainstorming for alternative solutions.
3. Goal setting – determining what the individual wants.
> 4. Initiate options for reaching goals.
5. Evaluate options.
> 6. Develop an action plan.
7. Provide encouragement for momentum.


Executive coaching can be provided to the individual via telephone or in person in a series of conversations, depending on the level of need and the wishes of the client.
