Organizational Strategic Planning
Our approach to Strategic Planning for organizations utilizes the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Model developed by Robert Kaplan of the Harvard Business School and business consultant David Norton. Currently, over half of all Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. use this model.
The model focuses on five perspectives to direct organizational planning around the vision and mission of the organization. These perspectives are:
Mission
>
Customer/client focus
Internal processes
>
Learning and knowledge
Financial or fiscal issues
Dedicated to providing innovative approaches and systemic improvement to ensure a vibrant, growing, healthy organization.
