The Nature of Governance and the Explanation of the Policy Governance Theory.
>
The Board as Owner-Representative and Servant-Leaders.
Developing Systematic Delegation Techniques.
>
Determining the Distinction Between Ends and Means.
Expressing Expectations in Nested Sets.
>
The Mechanics and Structure of Board Discipline.
Evaluation Processes.
>
Conducting Board Meetings.
Each session is designed to be accomplished in eight ½ day interactive sessions but can be adapted to four full-day retreats if necessary. By meeting in full-day retreats boards can accomplish the development process by meeting once each quarter.
This development process is intended as a first year process with year two moving to the development of renewable cycles of vision and mission building for the board. This process is also extremely adaptable to vision and mission building processes that are already in place.
Dedicated to providing innovative approaches and systemic improvement to ensure a vibrant, growing, healthy organization.
